Company History
| ●1930 (Showa 5) | The business, Iwane-ya, is created. |
| ●1948 (Showa 23) | Gen Sekine becomes involved in the family business,Iwaneya |
| ●1950 (Showa 25) | Started a marine product processing business as Gen Sekine Shoten and began producing anchovy, herring roe, dried whitebait, Pacific sand lance, and more |
| ●1977年 (Showa 52) | Began production of Salted and Dried Capelin/roe, which is product focus of the first factory. |
