In 1950, we began a seafood busuiness,and through producing dried Japanese anchovy, salted herring roe, dried herring, boiled and dried baby sardine, boiled and dried youg sand lence, and more, we were able to move on to processing Salted and dried capelin.
Now, we are jointly developing and selling an additive-free line of fried product series etc. with major manufactures.
The carefully selected materials and additive-free products we have pursued have earned the trust of many customers. We provide products to various consumers such as mass retailers, school lunches, depaatment stores, izakaya, and Japanese cuisine.
